Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki has urged the Federal government to prioritise its projects scattered across Nigeria.
Saraki made the call on Monday during an inspection tour of the permanent site of the National Institute for Legislative Studies in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
He advised that government should allocate funds to the most important projects even in the face of dwindling revenue in the country.
Senator Saraki, who observed that though the challenge of inadequate funds had slowed down the completion of the project, said that the National Assembly would look for the most practicable strategy to ensure that the project was completed.
The construction work at the site of the National Institute for Legislative Studies (NILS) was suspended in 2015 due to inadequate funds.
