Neche has emerged as the new Head of House (HoH) in Big Brother Naija Season 11 after defeating Chimsom Chuka in Monday’s endurance challenge, securing immunity from this week’s eviction.
The victory makes Neche the second female housemate to hold the HoH position this season, following Sheba’s reign last week. According to Africa Magic, the final HoH contest came down to Neche and Chimsom Chuka before Chimsom’s curved handle and pole gave way, handing Neche the win.
Earlier in the day, Cassi confronted Nomy in the HoH Lounge over comments she made in the presence of Goddessa. Nomy acknowledged the issue and apologised, while the pair continued discussing their relationships with other housemates and developments in the game.
The housemates also prepared for the week’s wager presentation and participated in a fitness activity before entering the Arena for the HoH Challenge.
Nomy’s position remained unchanged after she failed to comply with the rules during the previous HoH Challenge. Biggie instructed her to continue wearing her bench-warmer vest, remain on her designated bench and wash the toilets, while warning other housemates not to assist her.
The house later entered the conspiracy and nomination process. Bluethopia, Cassi and Gerard were initially selected by the house to be saved, but Neche subsequently exercised her Veto Power and removed Gerard from the list.
