Shops in the Katsina Central Market have been engulfed by an inferno that started on Monday morning.
Eyewitnesses said that the fire started around 9 am. Although, fire fighters and residents are working to put out the fire.
The cause of the fire is yet to be acsertained, as shop owners are taking out their wares to save them from the fire.
