Chelsea are considering a move for either Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo or club legend Frank Lampard if they pull the trigger on Maurizio Sarri’s departure.

Sarri is currently favourite to be the next Premier League manager to lose his job after a disappointing season with Chelsea.

The Italian’s reign at Stamford Bridge started well but he has endured some poor recent results, including a 6-0 loss to Manchester City, which sees them struggle to make the top four.
