Coscharis Unveils Three New Ford Models With Four-Year Ford Protect

Coscharis Motors, Lead distributor and representative of Ford Motors in Nigeria, on Tuesday, unveiled the 2016 edition of its Ford variants, namely the Ford Explorer, Ford Figo and the Ford Ranger alongside a new package called Ford Protect which is aimed at encouraging more luxury vehicle buyers to patronize the company.

Apart from a number of unique features coming with the new variants, the Group Managing Director, Coscharis Motors, Mr. Josiah Samuel represented by Mr. Abiona Babarinde, the General Manager, Marketing and Corporate Services said the Ford Protect package would cover free maintenance services for a period of four years or 120,000km.

Speaking at the unveiling, he said “The Ford Protect is a package which allows the buyers of any Ford variant to own the vehicle for four years or 120,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, without worry as he need not spend a kobo to service the vehicle within the time frame.All the customer need do is to drive the vehicle to any Coscharis Motors service centre nationwide to get the vehicle serviced and drive away thereafter without paying a kobo”

Among the benefits to be enjoyed by customers for the 4 year/120,000 km Ford Protect package period are free oil change, brake pad, wiper blade, shock absorber, free tyre rotation, among other major things that could go wrong with new vehicles within the period of coverage.

The Ford Protect promo replaces the Extended Service Plan that was put in place before now exclusive for select Ford models.

Babarinde said initially, the programme started with the offering of free service on about six variants but has since grown to about 10 variants including Ford Ranger (pickup) which Coscharis Motors is extending to all Ford variants.
