In a strategic drive to empower telecoms consumers, leading Telecommunications services provider, Airtel Nigeria unveiled its Expo Centre, a fully automated service outlet at Adeola Odeku street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The fully automated shop was fully commissioned by Mr. Olufemi Odubiyi, Lagos State Commissioner for Science and Technology.

The centre offers a wide range of products and services to customers, it has dedicated areas for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) such as iPhone, Samsung, Microsoft, while it offers service for high value customers on the network.

Speaking at the commissioning of the centre, Segun Ogunsanya, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company said the Airtel Expo centre bears eloquent testimony to the company’s resolve and commitment to exceptional customer service delivery, noting that the touch-point is fully automated and specifically designed to offer exciting service experience to telecoms consumers.
