Dangote Mulls $10million Tomatoes Production Plant In Kaduna

President of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, on Wednesday, April 6, declared intention to establish a $10million tomatoes production plant in Kaduna State.

Dangote, who spoke briefly through a representative at First Kaduna Economic and Investment Summit , (KadIvest)said apart from contributing to economic fortunes of the state, the company will also improve standard of living of tomatoes farmers as well as creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs for Kaduna populace.

The British high commissioner to Nigeria, Paul Arkwright in his brief remarks said Kaduna state is a global business destination.

Arkwright said in just over 6 months that he has been in Nigeria he has visited Kaduna State three times and is confident that the policies and programmes of El-Rufai will transform the State.

The summit which had in attendance the governors of Kebbi and Bauchi states, also had alongside Chief executives of Multinational Organizations and Entrepreneurs of global repute.
