The innovation aims to eliminate the manual processes involved in capturing field data as well as provide insurance managers real-time visibility of field activities and spur faster business decision-making and planning.
The Corporate Service Executive, Amina Oyagbola, noted that the new service would lead to exponential growth in the industry by increasing efficiency and saving costs.
She said: “This solution will grant access to cutting-edge enterprise technology without the cost burden of owning or maintaining ICT infrastructure.
Further she noted: “The potential for growth is so huge that many insurance companies have already partnered with MTN to deliver the service.”
