We’ve all sat there, staring out of our office window and dreaming of being paid to travel the world.
Well your dream may just be about to become a reality because there’s a job going that is being described as “the best job ever”.
The Yacht Week and The Ski Week are offering not one, but two talented candidates the opportunity to travel the world, capture photos and video footage for its events, as well as take over its social media channels.
In return (if that alone isn’t enough) you’ll be paid £15,000 and all your expenses will be covered.
Don’t worry if you’re not an experienced content creator either because you’ll be getting professional training thrown in there too – all you need is a bit of natural talent and a thirst for adventure.
The Yacht Week offers exclusive seven-day floating festivals that involve sailing, partying and exploring a series of desirable destinations such as Croatia, Montenegro and the British Virgin Islands.
The Ski Week on the other hand is a variety of week-long boutique ski festivals which take place in selected mountain towns across the world – from open-air après-ski parties to morning snow yoga.
As part of the Official Content Creator roles you’ll fully immerse yourself in both brands and take part in all the activities.
You’ll take photos and video footage from the events and take over the official social media channels to share all the content you’ve created.
Will Weeks, Director of Marketing & Technology at The Yacht Week and The Ski Week said: “We’re on the hunt for two creatives with an unwavering passion for travel, and the drive to produce the incredible content that sits at the heart of our brands.
“You don’t have to be a seasoned pro to apply, as long as you have a creative eye and the desire to learn. Big personalities and passionate storytellers are what we’re looking for in our Official Content Creators.
“2020 is going to be an extremely exciting year for us, and we can’t wait to welcome two more to the team. Good luck!”
Where will you be travelling?
The Ski Week will consist of three weeks of travelling – one is a Canadian roadtrip, the second week is in Austria and the third is Aspen Snowmass.
The Yacht Week is much longer at nine weeks of travel – you’ll spend one week in the British Virgins Islands, seven weeks in different events across Croatia, three in Montenegro and a further three weeks in Greece.
There will also be two additional exciting events in Europe that you’ll be a part of.
What’s the pay and what is included?
Each employee will be paid around £1,800 a month before tax between February and September – that works out at £15,000 each.
