Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc, one of Nigeria’s flourishing conglomerates, on Friday, April 15, said a total of 1,936,049,872 ordinary shares were added to its existing shares on the Daily Official List (DOL) of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, on April 14, 2016.
“The new shares of the company now stood at 40,657,047,297 units,” the company said in an issuer’s announcement with the NSE.
Shares of Transcorp at the close of week’s trading on the Nigerian bourse slumped 7.41 per cent to N1.00 from N1.08 traded the previous session; losing 0.08 kobo per share.
