Trading activities ended positively on Friday, as the stock market capitalisation recorded a N30 billion profit, with the ASI rising by 0.17 percent.
The equity capitalisation stood at N20.33 trillion, up from the previous day’s N20.30 trillion.
The All-Share Index (ASI) rose to 38,866.39, from Thursday’s 38,799.83.
The volume of shares saw a rise from Thursday’s 145.33 million to the 160.64 million recorded on Friday.
Deals traded on the stock exchange floor stood at 3,507 against Thursday’s 3,525.
Share values dropped to N1.28 billion against yesterday’s N1.57 billion.
