President Muhammadu Buhari and Borno State Governor Kashim Shettima are attending the 2018 Army Day Celebrations in the state.
The annual event, which is ongoing in Monguno, also has in attendance the Chiefs of Army Staff and Air Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai and Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, among other top military officers.
