Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s Presidential Candidate, has formally filed a petition with the elections tribunal to contest the results of the February 25 Election.
This was revealed in a statement published by Dr Yunusa Tanko, Chief Spokesman of the Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Committee. Obi’s appeal comes four weeks after the acrimonious presidential and National Assembly elections that resulted in the election of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as President-elect.
