American billionaire Elon Musk, on Monday, April 25, 2022, concluded the full acquisition of Twitter in a $44 billion deal.
The Tesla founder and the micro-blogging site made this disclosure in a joint statement.
“Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated,” the joint statement read.
