Nigeria’s Consumer Market Estimated At $100bn

Nigeria’s consumer market is growing in leaps and bound and has peaked at over a $100 billion, as the purchasing power of the citizens continue to rise.

The Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Olusegun Aganga disclosed this during the launch of the Nigeria-France Trade and Investment Council in Abuja.

The council was launched to facilitate investment flows between the two countries and is expected to double from the current N1.049 trillion to N2.098 trillion over the next four years.
