Position: Key Accounts Manager

The Job
- Identify and map all potential key account corporate customers within his territory.
- Manage and coordinate sales to the customers while achieving maximum level of service.
- Manage all contracts where applicable.
- Report all changes in market trends and the competitors’ market share as well as prices and marketing activities
- Monitor the quality of our products in the market versus the competition and be proactive in resolving quality issues with assistance from responsible departments.
- Due a GAP study & ensure that all product SKU’s are available at all times on shelves across territory.
The person
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Good planning, organizing and time management skills
- Good Interpersonal and customer- service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team with initiative and reliability
Qualification/Experience
- First Degree
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
