Investments in Telecoms Sector Between 2001 and 2014 Hits $32b

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has said that the investments in the telecommunications sector since 2001 to date is now over $32billion.

Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Dr. Eugene Juwah, stated this in Abuja at the anti-corruption interactive session organized by the telecoms regulator in collaboration with Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)

According to him, there are over 130 million connected lines across all the telecommunications networks in the country currently.
