Qualifications and Skills

- Knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits management, organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, and employee development
- Sound written and spoken communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
- Excellent organization and management skills.
