With a record number of customers buying both the Honda Civic and the Honda CR-V last year, it’s obvious that each vehicle is attracting a steady stream of new customers as time goes by.
But what’s just as important is that drivers who already own Civics and CR-Vs keep coming back for more as well. As a result, the two hot-selling Honda vehicles recently earned Polk Automotive Loyalty Awards for “superior performance in owner retention.”
“Honda’s wins this year are a great example of their commitment to owner loyalty,” said Brad Smith, director of Polk’s Loyalty Management Practice. Retaining customers in a competitive marketplace is extremely challenging and Honda’s product offerings, combined with their customer engagement strategies, have resulted in high rates of repurchase loyalty.”
