Following the word battle between the Kenyan national team head coach, Adel Amrouche and Gor Mahia coach, Zdravko Logarusic over the release of the club’s players to the national camp, Harambee Stars will re-assemble tomorrow with the foreign-based players expected to begin training.
According to the national team assistant coach, James Nandwa, he said they expect a full house as they step up training for their June 5 World Cup qualifier clash with the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Kenyan newspaper, The Daily Nation reports, that twelve foreign-based professionals were called up last week to bolster the squad, with Azam duo of offensive midfielder Humphrey Mieno and versatile defender Joackins Atudo the latest inclusions.
