Onafowokan, during GS1 Nigeria retailers’ forum tagged “Empowering the Nigerian Retail Sector” said barcodes have helped manufacturers in the global community to reduce cost in multinational operations and have revolutionised the speed and accuracy ‎with which transactional data can be exchanged.
