FG’s Committee For Chibok Rescue Mission Meets Foreign Officials

The Presidential Fact-finding Committee on the over 200 students abducted from Government Secondary School, Chibok in Borno State, held a meeting yesterday with officials of some countries that have pledged their support in the rescue mission by the Federal Government.

Spokesperson for the committee, Kingsley Osadolor, in a statement said the meeting, which lasted several hours, bordered on issues within the terms of reference of the fact-finding committee.

It was gathered that the committee would also have interactions with Defence and Security agencies, with a view to ascertaining, “the veracity of speculations that had been making the rounds in the weeks since the abduction on April 14.”
