After reviewing recent events in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Conference of Nigeria Political Parties (CNPP) on Sunday accused the ruling party of working towards plying the road to derailing the nation’s democracy.
the opposition parties while insisting that recent events in the party had clearly posed great danger to the growth of democracy, said its investigations had also shown that the do-or-die politics, which former President Olusegun Obasanjo introduced still existed in the blood streams of the party’s present leaders.
