Ajah Community Appeals For Roads, Other Facilities From Lagos Govt

The Ajah Community Development Association (CDA), Lagos State, has appealed to the Lagos State Government to assist the community with good roads, drainage systems, hospital, public school and a modern market.

According to the chairman of the association, Mr Agboola Gomez, who made the appeal while speaking with reporters, the community needed good drainages, to mitigate the effects of flooding in the area whenever it rains.

He listed some of the areas affected by floods as Ilaje, Majek, Abijon, Lakowe, Awoyaya Ado-Langbasa and Shangotedo areas of Ajah and added that, with the necessary infrastructure in place in the community, an end could be put to property loss.
