As part of its corporate social responsibility to its host community, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Lagos branch, has donated directional road network maps to the University of Lagos for easy access to and location of major spots on the campus.
Speaking during the commissioning of one of the road maps, situated at the professor Sofoluwe’s memorial park in the university, the chairman of the branch, Mrs. Yetunde Holloway noted that, by the act, the NSE, Lagos Branch was trying to give back to the society which it has stayed for over a decade.
“As a mark of our appreciation, The NSE, Lagos branch as we are fondly called, hereby presents you with this location map of the university of Lagos, Akoka. It highlights some major locations on campus and is painted on special reflective media by Quantum Africa. We hope it would be useful to visitors entering this citadel of learning, who are trying to find their ways around,” she stated
