American comedy actor Robin Williams was found dead on Monday 11th August at his home in Northern California, in what authorities are calling an apparent suicide.
Williams, who was 63 at the time of his death, starred in a vast variety of films which aired on multiple stations across the continent. These films included: Mrs. Doubtfire, Dead Poets Society, Patch Adams, The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, and many others.
Williams’s wife Susan Schneider said in a statement: “This morning, I lost my husband and my best friend, while the world lost one of its most beloved artists and beautiful human beings. I am utterly heartbroken.”
According to local authorities in Northern California, Williams’ alleged suicide appeared to be death by asphyxia.
