Diamond Bank Adopts New Technology For Aggressive Retail Services

In an effort to leverage on its growing profile and serve customers better, Diamond bank Plc. has partnered with CR2, a Dublin, Ireland-based pioneer in retail banking software industry, through its Bank World multi-channel platform to give variety of self service platforms to its customers. 

BankWorld is the latest comprehensive suite of integrated self-service solutions, which includes an integrated multichannel platform, ATM, internet, mobile and PoS solutions as well as a powerful card management system for which the bank is set to delight its customers.

Besides, the bank intends to ride on CR2’s wide-range of network of customers throughout the world, with about 110 banking customers across 60 countries in four continents, driving thousands of ATMs and servicing millions of internet and mobile banking users globally to serve its customers, both in Nigeria and in all subsidiary countries.

Uzoma Dozie, executive director, Diamond Bank, says the partnership is consistent with the bank’s commitment to providing an unparalleled customer experience, adding that the bank has deployed CR2’s innovative BankWorld multichannel platform across its ATM, internet and mobile banking channels including innovative banking services unique in Nigeria.
